Marker 26 Boat Rental, LLC provides SMS messages including appointment reminders, important account notifications, and occasional marketing messages related to our boat rental services. Message frequency may vary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to 727-348-5535. After you send “STOP”, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

If you wish to rejoin the SMS service after opting out, simply sign up again through our website or respond to any prior message with the keyword “START”, or send “START” to 727-348-5535. We will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
