Cancelation Policy

At Marker 26 Boat Rentals, we aim to provide a smooth and worry-free experience from booking to boating. Please review our policies below to understand how we handle cancellations and weather-related issues.

Standard Cancelation Policy

We offer free cancellations for all reservations, as long as the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled rental time.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.

Bad Weather Policy

Your safety on the water is our top priority. If bad weather occurs on the day of your rental, we will issue you a full credit for the same boat and time slot, which you can use on any future available date.

Bad weather includes:

Named tropical storms or hurricanes

Heavy rain

Thunder or lightning

Heavy fog

Any other unsafe conditions, as determined by our team based on official forecastsPlease note: Light rain, cloudy conditions, or wind alone may not qualify as bad weather. The final decision will be made by Marker 26 Boat Rentals on the day of your rental.
