It depends on the boat. The 23ft Godfrey Sweetwater holds up to 12 guests. The 25ft Bennington Tri-Toon holds up to 16 guests — all within Coast Guard safety guidelines.
A boating license is not required, but boating experience is a must. Drivers must be 25 or older. If you don’t have experience, we can provide one of our licensed captains, just email us at boating@marker26boatrental.com or call (727) 348-5535 to arrange.
Every rental includes life jackets for all ages, a full safety briefing before departure, and local navigation tips. Most boats also include Bimini shade and Bluetooth speakers.

We offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before your rental, and if the Florida weather has other plans on your big day, we’ll reschedule your booking and hold your full payment as a credit toward a future trip. Absolutely. Food and drinks are welcome on board. The driver cannot consume alcohol at any time. Pets are welcome for a $15 per animal fee. Please bring a leash or carrier.
